Eligibility and Qualification Standards 2025-2026 (Long Course)
Age Bands 15/16yrs (2011-10) and 17+ (2009+). Age as 31 December 2026.
Entry times must be equal or faster than the consideration times
and must have been achieved at approved meets, level two or above, since 1 May 2025. Entries outside these limits will be rejected.
Cost: €10 per Individual Event.
