Format: Long Course (50m)
Session 1: Warm-up 0900; Start 1000
Session 2: Warm-up 1400; Start 1500
AGE ELIGIBILITY:
12yrs (2013), 13-14yrs (2012-2011), 15-16yrs (2010-2009) and 17yrs+ (2008+).
Age as 31 December 2025.
Swimmers aged 12-14 years will be permitted to enter 50m Backstroke, Breaststroke and Butterfly where they have achieved the 100m consideration time in that stroke.
