Limerick Swimming Club is hosting the JOHN DEMPSEY MEMORIAL GALA in Limerick, UL Sports Arena, on Sunday, May 11, 2025.
Open to athletes 9, 10,11,12 and 13yrs old. Age defined as swimmer’s age as of Dec 31st 2025.
This is a fantastic opportunity for our youngest swimmers .

Warm-up 8.00am (45 mins boys & girls mixed); start 9:00am

Swimmers will be limited to a total of 4 individual swims
Please note the following head coach guidelines when registering your swimmer for this gala:
under 9s and 10s: 50m events
under 11s: 100m freestyle; 100m backstroke; 100m/50m breaststroke; 50m fly; 100m IM
under 12s &13s: 100m/200m freestyle; 100m backstroke; 100m breaststroke; 100m/50m fly; 100m IM
If a swimmer wants to swim up an event it should come via the coach.
