The Seniors have 8 sessions per week. This includes 12h 30m of pool time. Swimmers are usually aged 13 to 18. To get an overview of our squad structure, please visit our squads page.

Squad Criteria

Age Guideline

Age 13 to 18

Technique

  • Swimmers may start to specialise in specific strokes or distance events
  • Have achieved times for 400 free or are moving towards preferred time to be able to cope with training load

Other Criteria

  • Focus on refining stroke and race strategies
  • Dryland training
  • Recovery and nutrition
  • Regional National and International meets
