Youth

The Youths have 5 sessions per week. This includes 07h 00m of pool time. Swimmers are usually aged 11 to 15. To get an overview of our squad structure, please visit our squads page.

  • Learning to Train
  • Endurance and Intensities increase with race specific skills and mental preparation
