- Must be able to compete in all strokes in 200s 400IM
- With target times for 400 Freestyle (or moving towards) 4.40min for Boys & 5.00min for Girls
- Refining Stroke Mechanics

Senior
Age 13 to 18
+
- Swimmers may start to specialise in specific strokes or distance events
- Have achieved times for 400 free or are moving towards preferred time to be able to cope with training load
- Focus on refining stroke and race strategies
