Galway SC is delighted to be taking part in the 2025 McCullagh International Swim Meet. This International long-course meet is taking place in Lough Lana, Bangor NI and has a field of the top swimmers from both Ireland and abroad, and qualifying is a massive achievement. 2025 Connacht Minor Schools Championship
The 2025 Connacht Minor Schools Swimming Championships took place today in Castlebar. Many of our Club Swimmers were representing their Schools today. Well done to each of you, fantastic swimming. 💪🌊
Gerry Ryan Memorial Gala Days 1&2
GSC stormed their way into the first long-course meet of 2025. Our swimmers were delighted to be taking part in the Gerry Ryan Memorial Gala taking place in UL Sports Arena. Lots of fantastic swims on day 1 & 2 with plenty of PBs and medals. 3x Gold 4x Silver 5x Bronze
National Winter Swimming Championships
The National Winter Swimming Championships are underway at the NAC in Dublin. A huge congratulations to Kieran Watterson and Sacha McAleer representing Galway SC.
